The Humanist Association of Northern Ireland (HUMANI) currently holds personal data relating to its members, including one or all of the following: Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address and copies of any written communication sent to us. We hold this data for current members, for the purposes of providing the benefits of membership, keeping members up to date with the Association’s activities and informing members of other matters relating to humanism likely to be of interest to our members. All of our emails to members include instructions on how to unsubscribe from receiving emails from us.
We will not share a member’s personal information with or sell it to any third party for marketing purposes. We use the third-party service providers Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC) & Google LLC, also subject to the GDPR, to manage our membership records & email mailing list. We will not share a member’s personal information with or sell it to any other third-party, without their permission, unless required to by law.
We will continue to hold personal details for the duration of membership of The Humanist Association of Northern Ireland (HUMANI).
